Jeff Appelquist, along with his friend and colleague Jack Uldrich, co-facilitates a leadership seminar out of Great Falls, Montana, based on the amazing 1804-1806 journey of Lewis and Clark's Corps of Discovery. Jack Uldrich is a noted futurist, popular speaker, and the best-selling author of Into the Unknown: Leadership Lessons From Lewis and Clark's Daring Westward Expedition, which is the companion volume to this seminar.

In addition to an intensive survey of leadership and team principles, participants will tour the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center and the world-renowned C.M. Russell Museum in Great Falls. We will take a boat ride and soak in nature's incredible scenery at the Gates of the Mountain, as well as contemplate the challenges of decision making at the Three Forks area. We will experience the rush of whitewater as we go rafting on the majestic Missouri, paddle a more gentle stretch of the river in two-person canoes, and hike the very ground that Lewis and Clark traversed in 1805. Finally, each participant will fire an authentic black powder musket.
