About Blue Knight History Seminars
The mission of Blue Knight History Seminars is to forge great leaders and teams. Blue Knight is a limited liability company whose core proposition centers on the power of using history as a learning tool. Blue Knight tailors its programs to meet the needs of individual leaders and teams.
Blue Knight offers three basic approaches to training:
Individual Leadership Program: Designed for a group of leaders from different organizations, or a group from the same organization who are not part of the same functional team.
Team Dynamics Program: Designed for intact teams from the same organization or teams that are required to work together cross-functionally.
Half-Day/Full-Day Workshop Program: Designed to be conducted in-house for organizations that are looking for a less expensive program to reach a broad audience.
The audience for the Blue Knight Seminars includes any organization - small, medium, or large - that recognizes the criticality, even in tough times, of investing in their leaders. The program is not limited to corporate executives. Any organization that relies on leadership to get the work done, be it the military, government, academe, or non-profits, can benefit greatly from this outstanding training.
